SCHEDULE I
(ss. 3, 5, 15, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28.1, 28.5, 34, 35, 35.1, 35.2, 36, 39 and 45)
DIVISION I
ADMINISTRATION FEES
(1) A non-refundable administration fee of $124 shall be paid at the time an application is filed for the purchase or lease of a parcel of land, the granting of a right in land, a waiver of a restrictive clause appearing in letters patent or a deed of sale or a deed to amend such a clause or authorization granted under such a clause.
(2) In addition to the administration fees provided for in section 1 of Schedule I, the following non-refundable fees are also payable:
(1) $1,151 for the sale and exchange of a parcel of land;
(2) $377 for the lease of a parcel of land, including for the issue of a lease, its transfer, its amendment at the lessee’s request and for the renewal of a lease with a term longer than 1 year;
(3) $1,151 to establish a servitude;
(4) $1,151 for the assessment of the market value of a parcel of land with a view to selling or exchanging it or issuing a servitude on it;
(5) $30 for registration in a drawing of lots;
(6) $377 for a quittance or release;
(7) $377 for a waiver of a restrictive clause appearing in letters patent or in a deed of sale or for an amendment thereto;
(8) $377 for the examination of an application for the purchase or lease of land for commercial or industrial purposes submitted pursuant to section 39;
(9) $1,151 for an authorization granted pursuant to section 46.1 or 46.2.
Additional fees of $874 are payable when a parcel of land is sold or leased as part of a cottage development project carried out by the Minister.

DIVISION II
PRICES OF SALE, LEASE OR GRANTING OF OTHER RIGHTS IN LAND IN THE DOMAIN OF THE STATE
(5) The substitution price mentioned in section 15 shall be $0.9389 per square metre, with a minimum of $325.
(6) The minimum rent mentioned in section 19 shall be $502.
(7) The minimum rent mentioned in sections 21, 28.1, 35.1 and 35.2 is $325, except to lease land not exceeding 1,000 m2 as a complement or an accessory to a main use, in which case the minimum rent is $124.
(8) The annual substitution rent referred in section 22 shall be $0.0751 per square metre up to 1 ha, with a minimum of $325; the annual rent for each additional hectare or part of a hectare shall be $102.
(9) The minimum rent mentioned in section 24 shall be $124.
(10) The annual rent mentioned in section 25 shall be $124, except for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue administrative region, as defined by Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec (chapter D-11, r. 1), where the annual rent is $188.
(11) The annual rent mentioned in section 34 shall be $325.
(12) The annual rent mentioned in section 35 shall be $0.0113 per square metre.
(12.1) The annual rent referred to in the fourth paragraph of section 35.4 is $1,726.
(13) The rent mentioned in section 36 shall be $12 per month or part of a month, with a minimum of $64.

(16) The substitution price mentioned in section 45 shall be $0.0377 per square metre with a minimum of $377 in all cases.

(1) $1,117 for the sale and exchange of a parcel of land;
(2) $366 for the lease of a parcel of land, including for the issue of a lease, its transfer, its amendment at the lessee’s request and for the renewal of a lease with a term longer than 1 year;
(3) $1,117 to establish a servitude;
(4) $1,117 for the assessment of the market value of a parcel of land with a view to selling or exchanging it or issuing a servitude on it;
(5) $29 for registration in a drawing of lots;
(6) $366 for a quittance or release;
(7) $366 for a waiver of a restrictive clause appearing in letters patent or in a deed of sale or for an amendment thereto;
(8) $366 for the examination of an application for the purchase or lease of land for commercial or industrial purposes submitted pursuant to section 39;
(9) $1,117 for an authorization granted pursuant to section 46.1 or 46.2.
Additional fees of $849 are payable when a parcel of land is sold or leased as part of a cottage development project carried out by the Minister.

DIVISION II
PRICES OF SALE, LEASE OR GRANTING OF OTHER RIGHTS IN LAND IN THE DOMAIN OF THE STATE
(5) The substitution price mentioned in section 15 shall be $0.9116 per square metre, with a minimum of $316.
(6) The minimum rent mentioned in section 19 shall be $487.
(7) The minimum rent mentioned in sections 21, 28.1, 35.1 and 35.2 is $316, except to lease land not exceeding 1,000 m2 as a complement or an accessory to a main use, in which case the minimum rent is $120.
(8) The annual substitution rent referred in section 22 shall be $0.0729 per square metre up to 1 ha, with a minimum of $316; the annual rent for each additional hectare or part of a hectare shall be $99.
(9) The minimum rent mentioned in section 24 shall be $120.
(10) The annual rent mentioned in section 25 shall be $120, except for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue administrative region, as defined by Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec (chapter D-11, r. 1), where the annual rent is $183.
(11) The annual rent mentioned in section 34 shall be $316.
(12) The annual rent mentioned in section 35 shall be $0.0110 per square metre.
(12.1) The annual rent referred to in the fourth paragraph of section 35.4 is $1,676.
(13) The rent mentioned in section 36 shall be $12 per month or part of a month, with a minimum of $62.

(8) The annual substitution rent referred in section 22 shall be $0.0702 per square metre up to 1 ha, with a minimum of $304; the annual rent for each additional hectare or part of a hectare shall be $95.
(9) The minimum rent mentioned in section 24 shall be $116.
(10) The annual rent mentioned in section 25 shall be $116, except for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue administrative region, as defined by Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec (chapter D-11, r. 1), where the annual rent is $176.
(11) The annual rent mentioned in section 34 shall be $304.

(4) $1,067 for the assessment of the market value of a parcel of land with a view to selling or exchanging it or issuing a servitude on it;
(5) $28 for registration in a drawing of lots;
(6) $350 for a quittance or release;
(7) $350 for a waiver of a restrictive clause appearing in letters patent or in a deed of sale or for an amendment thereto;

(2) $100 for the signing of a new lease following the alienation of the buildings and facilities by the lessee or of the lessee’s rights in the lease, for an application from the lessee to have the leasing conditions changed for the same land and purposes, or for the renewal of a lease;
(3) $25 for registration for a drawing of lots;
(4) $700 for the sale or lease of land on which work has been carried out by the Minister for that purpose as part of a cottage development project.
No fees may be charged for a change of address or an amendment to the lease at the Minister’s request.

DIVISION II
PRICES OF SALE, LEASE OR GRANTING OF OTHER RIGHTS IN LAND IN THE DOMAIN OF THE STATE
(5) The substitution price mentioned in section 15 shall be $0.75 per square metre, with a minimum of $260.
(6) The minimum rent mentioned in section 19 shall be $400.
(7) The minimum rent mentioned in sections 21, 28.1, 28.4 and 35.2 is $260, except to lease land not exceeding 1,000 m2 as a complement or an accessory to a main use, in which case the minimum rent is $100.
(8) The annual substitution rent referred in section 22 shall be $0.06 per square metre up to 1 ha, with a minimum of $260; the annual rent for each additional hectare or part of a hectare shall be $80.
(9) The minimum rent mentioned in section 24 shall be $100.
(10) The annual rent mentioned in section 25 shall be $100, except for the Abitibi-Témiscamingue administrative region, as defined by Décret concernant la révision des limites des régions administratives du Québec (chapter D-11, r. 1), where the annual rent is $150.
(11) The annual rent mentioned in section 34 shall be $260.
(12) The annual rent mentioned in section 35 shall be $0.009 per square metre.
(13) The rent mentioned in section 36 shall be $11 per month or part of a month, with a minimum of $50.

(16) The substitution price mentioned in section 45 shall be $0.03 per square metre with a minimum of $300 in all cases.
